No, we don't offer pay-as-you-go sessions. At Kane Taunton Coaching we are about getting results by forming new healthy routines and habits that stick for life. To do this, we need to focus on the habits you develop inside and outside of the gym to get the best results. You can't get this by attending the odd PAYG session.
